Audi Middle East looks to the future with e-commerce

Ramadan is a time for reflection and mindfulness. Which is exactly what the famous four ring brand posited in their recent message commemorating the start of the special holy season. It’s only upwards and onward as Audi Middle East looks to the future with e-commerce.

For the future

Audi Middle East has invited customers to browse their new range of vehicles online, in anticipation of the grand collective sigh when driving restrictions are finally lifted.

And why not celebrate the end of lock down with a brand new luxury vehicle from the renowned German carmakers?

MD of Audi Middle East, Carsten Bender, certainly thinks so. Quoted, “Audi Middle East will celebrate the launches of fourteen new models during 2020, including the recently arrived all-new Q3 Sportback and Q7.

“Whilst customers might not be able to visit showrooms during the traditionally busy Ramadan period, it is important for us to give them the opportunity to enjoy planning for a future when they can experience driving pleasure once more.

“As we start the Ramadan season of giving, the health and enjoyment of our customers are our primary concerns. All Audi dealerships are now practising safety procedures to protect and facilitate customers, staff and suppliers during these challenging times of COVID-19 isolation.”

Purchasing made simple

So if you fancy yourself an Audi this summer, simply log onto https://www.audi-me.com/me/web/meen.html, where you can check out dealer websites and e-showrooms and book a test drive.

Is the new RS7 your next ride?

They’ve digitised payment and registration services in Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, making it easier for customers to make purchases. You can also request your car to be delivered to your home, fully sanitised.

Audi staff staying safe

To ensure the safety of staff, customers and suppliers, Audi dealership employees are working from home wherever possible and customer care centers are operating remotely.

Audi Roadside Assistance responders are now equipped with face masks, gloves and hand sanitisers, and are practising zero contact with customers to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Ramadan Kareem, and let’s aim for the stars as Audi Middle East looks to the future with e-commerce.
