Audi Saudi-Arabia is now online

Good news! Audi Saudi-Arabia is now online, joining Audi Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in Audi Middle East’s ‘look to the future’ vision.

And they’re taking a customer-centric approach, echoed in General Manager of Audi Saudi Arabia, Neil Lines’ statement:

“During the challenging times recently faced by the automotive industry, we have had to totally re-examine our customer needs and think creatively to ensure their expectations are met.

“When our customers can’t come to our showrooms, we have to bring the showroom into their homes.

“As an innovative car brand, Audi has always believed in digital solutions and our e-commerce platform is the first one in the Middle East to be launched for customers in Saudi Arabia.”

Do you fancy yourself a Q7? Or should I say Qte 7?

Stats how it is

A YouGov study showed 43% would consider buying a car online. This goes up to 52% when the entire sales process can be done without needing to visit a showroom.

And listen to this. 28% would buy the car online without even test driving it!

Audi Saudi Arabia are using this feedback to amp up their e-commerce platform, meeting the needs of their valued customers.

You’ve now got access to quality images of the available Audi range, with detailed information including how to reserve and buy directly online.

If you get stuck, there’s an enquiry form and they’ll soon have a Live Chat application.

With the easy search function, you can filter specific models by colour, body and engine size, as well as budget.

There are options for home delivery and, if you’re not one of those 28% who don’t need it, you can book a test drive to give it a spin before buying. The car will be brought to you sanitised and fumigated.

Future iterations of the platform will include car parts and accessories to cater for the 48% who said they’d like to buy these online.

Did you know?

46% bought online because of the attractive car return policy, 46% loved the collection/delivery service and 43% enjoyed the flexible payment options.

But the most important online feature, with a whopping 73% in its favour, is a car comparison for the cars on offer.
