For those not in the know, Al Ghandi Auto is the sole retailer for Cadillac in the UAE and GMC and Chevrolet in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. And they’ve introduced a new pro social distancing service to stop the spread of COVID-19.
They want to assure customers will continue to have well-maintained cars, so they can stay mobile for essential tasks. It will be completely contactless, including pick-up and drop-off. Let’s dip into Al Ghandi’s awesome stay at home service.
How does it work?
A representative from the Al Ghandi Auto support team will contact eligible customers to book their service. If you’re a customer, you can also call in advance to schedule a booking. They’ll then pick your car up on a flat-bed truck, and take it to the nearest Al Ghandi Auto service centre. After servicing, they’ll contact you about delivery times, and drop your car off, thoroughly sanitised.
CEO of Al Ghandi Auto Group, Mark Jenkins, says this about the new service: “It is in everyone’s best interest to stay at home in the current global situation.
“However, people still need to move around their towns and cities for grocery shopping, pharmacy visits and essential work so we continue to owe our customers a reliable and well-maintained car to carry out these vital journeys.
“This is why we decided to launch this service. Timely service of a vehicle and preventative maintenance is the key to owning a car that runs well for a long time.”
Al Ghandi is rolling stay at home out across the UAE, and it’s available to all customers who have a service contract with them. Customers can call the Al Ghandi call center 24/7 on +971 4 231 0800 for scheduling and more information.
What did you think about Al Ghandi‘s awesome stay at home service? Guess what, they’re not the only ones doing it. Peugeot also want to make sure customers follow government protocol, with their own valet test drive and service program.
